Drop off ok. Mid stay car park further from terminal than I’ve been with other companies. Wanted cash for the exit tickets ( both drop off and return journey) didn’t have any so he gave me bank details for transfer. Wish I hadn’t paid it because it’s actually 15 minutes free in that area so no costs to them at all. Just an additional £14 for the customer.. scam. Picked up car on return and despite telling them my arrival time and a phone call, was still about 40 minutes late at night. Sweet guy dropped the car but was pushy about doing a review ( and a photo?! ) before I got in the car! What the hell??? Wouldn’t recommend, would ask for my £14 to be refunded but judging by other reviews here I doubt I would hear back from them. Better services elsewhere.
