Put simply they lied about not charging any additional charges! After having to drop car a day late as flight was cancelled, I was told that’s fine and they would sort it out as it was still within the dates booked. When I went to collect the vehicle on my return they said there’s an additional charge for an admin charge! Some guy jumped out of a car he was sitting in and stated being told it would be sorted out meant something different.
Beware of using them, there are other reports online of similar incidents of unfair charges
