Not even a one star service. Total shambles.Directed to the mid stay car park and told the row to park car, to find no spaces. Eventually pulled up in road called and they said they would come to us. Several minutes later two men appeared with no id badges or uniform. No check on car completed (as at every other meet and great). Was dubious about leaving our keys with them, eventually showed me on his phone our booking and list of others, and as no getting closer to flight time felt no choice. Was then told could catch the shuttle bus to departures or walk, not a meet and greet service at all.On return called and after about six attempts at giving our car details was told to go to c3 in mid stay again, when getting to row no cars and no sign of anyone, several calls later arrived with keys (so relief), but he had no idea where cars actually were as not in the row stated. Eventually found by walking around clicking (it was dark). Guys had disappeared now cars had hand prints all over windows including in the back which shows others had been in car. Don’t use this service unless you want stress before and after the flight. Awful from start to finish.
