I used the serive and my credit score wet up but after a year i decided to pivot from Ava. They charged me the 1 year renewal and i immediately canceled and requested a refund. They responded asking for appropriate information and once provided they never got back to me. I went back and sent several email following and they said they would get to it. Its been a few weeks and several phone calls leading directly to voice mail and they have ghosted me. I spoke to Aaron and Lorey and they were not good at resolving this. Beware anyone , not good customer service
