We enjoyed the Meet Bosnia Free Walking Tour so very much. Arna was an excellent guide, including a lot of historical and current information about Sarajevo (and Bosnia in general), but with a deeply personal touch that made it that much more inspiring and moving. She made sure to regularly ask if participants had questions, but we always had so many that we held back for time's sake. It was all just so engaging and interesting that we're considering booking a private tour so we can extend the conversation. She made a lot of recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and shopping, but there was zero pressure to buy anything (which was a relief after visiting Morocco) and participants are given a small guide at the end. We gladly tipped 20KM (10euro) each at the end in a small box quietly put out for that purpose. The day was quite hot, but Arna ensured there were opportunities to fill water bottles and stand in shade.
