I was shopping for an online quote for disability insurance, but I was really surprised I had to speak with someone on the phone just to get a ballpark figure.I found that the sales agent I spoke with was really "salesy" and just not a good vibe. I would say, the main thing is they just didn't really present as authentic, patient humble, and more the opposite of those things. They were really responsive and quick getting me the numbers, but I was also pretty surprised at the cost and have since found less expensive policy elsewhere.

I flew two airlines in my last trip. Breeze was my return flight The difference was incredible and seemed to me so easy The plane was so clean! The other flight there was not time I guess as people were boarding as we were getting off so I assume that was how it had gone that dayFriendly makes such a difference on a flight. You don’t think you need it until you receive it. This started in the airport when people were calling to gates. The difference Breeze teams put out there to the passengers they love their job and appreciate us being in the flight. Outstanding!

The whole insurance obtainment process was super easy and an efficient process that could be completed mostly online. It was also nice to have multiple workers message/call/email you as needed and answer any and all questions along the way which made the process even more seamless. All the workers were nice and receptive to your exact needs. I was able to receive high quality STD insurance through them for an affordable price after I was denied by another company and after my works STD was too expensive. I would highly recommend this company.
The customer service is amazing. I called many times with questions about multiple products and always got quick, friendly answers. I think their disability products are great and I'm now financially protected if I get injured and can't work. It was easy to apply and I'm recommending that my friends and family protect themselves in the same way.
Went through the process for nothing. My quote went from one amount.. to a lesser amount.. to an even lesser amount and then changed to just accident coverage when that wasn’t what I wanted. Not to mention the initial quote was way less than what a reputable company like Aflac would pay. I do not recommended.

It had gone to my spam folder, and I didn't see it. Because the Breeze team is SO on-the-ball, I was able to complete the paperwork in time. They saw I had missed it, and got things on track.Overall, Breeze is very thorough, and very helpful.I'm sure processing a claim will go just as smoothly. I feel very taken care of, already.
