Customer service. I had an agreement to extend the payment to my correct pay date. Instead debit my account 3 days early after having an agreement. I requested to talk to a live agent, it is only through chat. Then request for an agent or phone number. Nothing was accomplished or settled. I wanted to talk to someone on the phone but they only chat online. So online chat support is just a computer assisting questions. Not happy with their customer service.
