At first I thought Tally provided a good service until I came into some money and wanted to pay off all my credit card balances and my Tally accounts. Since there is a delay in their processing, they ended up paying my balances (again) that were already paid off which caused me to spend more time with the credit card companies to get the positive balance paid back to me and also charged even more interest from the tally account. They will not take accountability even though they admit to the delay of processing times and now I am on the hook for a few hundred that I should not be. Also, their escalation policy is absurd.... "I will have Jay email you to schedule a time for a phone call"........... what? Definitely go with a different company if you're trying to get a grasp on your debt.
