I have been using Tally for over a year. The payments they made were always on time, and my debt was going down. Then, out of nowhere, my American Express accounts kept disconnecting without warning and most importantly, without any notification to me. I have deleted and reconnected the cards a dozen times, as recommended by Tally's customer service. This has not helped the situation, and I have been charged late fees at least 4 times by my credit card company because Tally keeps getting disconnected from Amex and I get no notifications at all. Would not recommend under any circumstances.And in reply to Tally’s “concern,” I emailed back and forth with their support team no fewer than 10 times regarding this issue, over the course of several months. Their final determination was that something in their payment system randomly disconnected all AmEx accounts for unknown reasons. So they cost me hundreds in late fees, and their response was 🤷🏻♀️
