I recently purchased a Skoda Enyaq from Mega Car Supermarket and overall I am happy with the experience.I made an online reservation and went to see the car the following day. Although the waiting time to view the car was quite long (over 90 minutes), I liked the car and decided to proceed with the purchase. The vehicle required the 12V battery to be replaced, which was handled without any problems.The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The CEO was also very approachable and pleasant, reflecting a positive team environment. After deciding to buy the car and completing the payment via bank transfer, all the documentation was processed quickly and efficiently.The only real downside was the interior condition of the car at delivery. The vehicle was handed over dirty, with dog hair on the roof lining, leather seats, carpets, and even underneath the carpets. Unfortunately, no interior cleaning or disinfection had been carried out, which was disappointing.Despite this issue, the overall purchasing process was smooth and professional, and I am happy with the car. With better attention to interior cleaning, the experience would have been excellent.
