So they canceled my withdrawal request then immediately applied a manager‘s withdrawal request to take the money from my account and then immediately approved that manager’s withdrawal request and emptied my account of what I won and then said nothing to me at all whatsoever until I approached customer service again, trying to figure out what the issue was. And what had disqualified me was the fact that the bonus codes that they’re sending me and inviting me to use in my mailbox on their site, all those codes they are giving them to you with a smile on their face and inviting you to play it because they disqualify any money you have at the time and any money you get afterward until you spend it all, and in between any bonuses you have to make a deposit that has no bonus boost or sale attached. And customer service will be defending this strategy of a metaphorical smiling face that leads you to a poison pit by citing the ToS, as if they truly believe that just because it is in the fine print that it makes it OK to be deceitful and misleading. Long story short before I got the final information that they had essentially tricked me into poisoning all of the money that I had by taking the offer they provided to me, they first tricked me into believing that by depositing with crypto coin, I would be able to bypass the ACH payment process and the verification and then have a near instant withdrawal, so before they took the money from me and told me that the bonuses they are giving me are essentially sterilizing me from qualification, one of their agents first misled me into making a deposit in bitcoin under the guise of trying to simplify things by going about the other process instead of the act verification withdrawal.
