I purchased tickets with the understanding that I'd pick them up at will call. However, there were no tickets at the window, forcing me to buy them again. When I reached out to the support team later, I was informed that my tickets had been sent via email. I did find the email, but why was I directed to will call without any indication of other options at the last minute? No refund was issued.
