I bought tickets expecting to collect them at will call, but there were none available at the window. This forced me to purchase them again. When I reached out to the support team a few days later, I found out they had sent the tickets via email. I did locate the email later, but why was I told to go to will call without any indication of alternative options? No refund was given.
