I have used Megazip for previous orders and everything went smoothly. No delays, no extra fees and prompt delivery. This time however has been the opposite. 5 orders placed, 2 orders had extra shipping parts costs and price increases resulting in a request for a total of $119.10 USD . They need to be up front on costs. I have made a complaint and waiting on a reply .Edit...since have had a reply explaining the process of shipping. It is much clearer to me now. They have given me extra discount to compensate me for the delays, so I am happy to go ahead with orders.Paid the extra fees they required. Overall a good out come. Four stars for a quick response to my issues, but they need to be a bit clearer on their website for a 5 star review.
