I ordered a part from MegaZip on December 24 and paid extra for expedited delivery because I urgently needed it to fix my car. However, I never received a confirmation email to verify that my order was received or being processed.On December 31, a week later, I emailed customer service to ask about the status of my order since I had no updates at all. The response I received came on January 6—six days later and almost two weeks after I placed the order. By then, I had already asked to cancel the order due to the lack of communication, but I was told the order had already been processed.When I asked to return the part—still brand new and unopened—my request was denied. The only compensation offered was a $25 coupon for a future purchase, which I find inadequate given the poor experience.I was never informed of any issue or typo with my address, email, or other personal information that might have caused a delay. There really should be better communication with customers—order confirmations should be sent immediately, and response times need serious improvement so customers aren’t left wondering what happened to their orders.
