Extremely Disappointed – No Response, No Shipment, No AccountabilityI placed an order on June 16 (Order #1439273-1) through the MegaZip website. At the time of purchase, the delivery estimate clearly stated handling in 4–7 business days and shipping in 2–5 business days, with a total expected delivery between June 24 and July 2.Shortly after, I was told one item was low in stock — which I accepted — and was assured the rest would be shipped soon. Since then, no updates, no tracking number, no shipping confirmation — nothing.I sent a follow-up email with all details on June 27 and even explained the urgency (my car is still in the workshop waiting for these parts), but not a single response so far. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to offer reliable international service.I live in Qatar, and I used a Dubai shipping address just to speed things up based on the delivery promise on their site. Now the person who was supposed to collect the package is leaving Dubai on July 1, and I’m left with no solution and no support from their team.Avoid ordering from here if your time and communication matter. Very unprofessional handling of orders and customer service.
