I’ve ordered a pair of shock absorber springs. Both showed in stock when ordering and no warnings were shown. Order delivery was promised latest 24th of October. Order was not sent on time and only when I contacted support they told that one spring is out of stock. I asked for order being cancelled and money back, but I was refused because “ item was specially procured for your order” whatever that means. They offered to ship missing part from other warehouse and now it appears that it is out of stock there as well. And it will be back in stock middle of November earliest. It makes no sense to get half of order as I need a pair and I’m refused to cancel order and get money back. It’s absolutely bad service and customer experience.UPD on their reply: one piece was sent at the moment of order from Japanese warehouse, before that it wasn’t sent. Imagine you have a broken car waiting for 2 parts at certain time and the narrator you get this endless waiting and promises. Only possible right behavior from show was to inform in the very beginning that one part is out of stock and ask do I want to wait or cancel order. Which they didn’t. So I’ve spent money for nothing, I still have car broken and have to wait more. And shop is just giving excuses, without any responsibility for showing wrong stock info and braking promises
