I placed an order for two items from Megazip on May 08, 2025, and was told delivery would take 5–7 days. As of May 22, the tracking information hasn’t updated since May 14 — the package is stuck in Japan with no movement for 10 days.Despite contacting their support, I was met with vague excuses about customs and shipping delays. They refused to escalate the issue or offer any solution. Instead, they simply repeated that the delay is “normal” and that I must wait even longer.This is not acceptable, and this level of poor communication and lack of accountability is incredibly unprofessional. I’ve now had to prepare a PayPal dispute to protect myself.This was my worst and last time ordering from Megazip. Avoid if you value your time and money.
