He takes me seriously and always approaches my car's needs w the priority of my safety first and then helps me make a plan to execute the repairs in stages and affordability, if the repairs are large. He is always honest/transparent and I appreciate that. I have been somewhere else before where they tried deceiving me because I was a "woman". Not cool!
