Mechanic either out of neglect or intentionally ruined timing components while replacing the water pump on my Ford Explorer in order to have me or my warranty company pay for extra repairs. The shop manager and district manager both claim that it was not their fault. But my warranty company, an independent mechanic, and the FORD DEALERSHIP confirm that the timing issue could only have occurred from the mechanic who replaced the water pump doing the job incorrectly.
