The stapler may, or may not, have been a good product but I cant tell you because Meite or Amazon never delivered it. I think Amazon did their fulfillment. Whatever.Ten days after I submitted the order, the ship notice still said they had created a label but never received the tool. I called the customer service phone and Carlos couldn't locate my stapler for almost 15 minutes.Finally, I told him to cancel the order and process a refund. By then I was up against a deadline and had to buy something from a local retailer ASAP. Meite did the refund reasonably quickly.
