I’m very disappointed with Melaleuca. I did not place any order, yet I still received a package — and was charged for it. My friend also received a “convenience certificate” that she never ordered, and when she called to ask about it, she was told it was non-refundable. How can something be non-refundable when it wasn’t even requested?The refund process is extremely slow compared to other online companies, where you usually get your money back within days. With Melaleuca, it feels like they delay and make it as difficult as possible.This experience has been frustrating and feels misleading and borderline scammy. I would strongly recommend being cautious if you’re considering ordering from them or signing up.
