Ordered products off of them to find out later that I had to spend over $112.00 a month in order to keep my membership… but then they claim they are like Costco and other big box stores.. I don’t have to buy things every month from Costco to keep my membership. I refused the package when it got delivered I never laid hands on it. It has been over a week and a half I still have not gotten a refund. They called me today to let me know that’s why they have not issued the refund as the package has not arrived back… I asked them so is that not your responsibility then ? The lady responds well no that’s on you.. Now I am out over $150.00 I am so pissed.. that should be on them as soon as the package was refused. The refund should have been issued as that’s on them… I will never do anything with this company ever again…
