Melbourne IT did an upgrade/migration on our system that was ordered about 8 months ago. There was no communication with us prior to their doing the migration. Now we find we have lost all access - our email and our console. It is now exactly a week and there is no end in sight. The support persons are clueless. They give me the same usual routine, check password, forget password, our team is working on it. We are literally at their mercy, hoping (praying) someone gets in touch with us and tells us what changes they made and what we need to do to get things working again. Seems like this is a huge ask.
