We have had domains with Melbourne IT for at least around 13 years. Lately our business has slowed down. We aren't doing as much as before. I have had medical health issues but still doing business. I do have a domain we need to save; however, there is now no way to reach them to explain or get issues taken care of about the domain we still want to keep. The USA help number is never answered, the chat customer service will not work to get help, the email for help will not work and it is impossible to get any help at all. We need to change our payment cards that were scammed and change the payment date due to some medical financial concerns needing solved. As long as we have been with them this is very upsetting. We always use to get excellent help and advice and now it seems to be just about the money and forget everything else that has to do with customer service. This is just not right. We need someone to help us as soon as possible. Someone must have bought them out.
