Amazing service and supreme quality. First and foremost, the customer service team was very helpful and pleasant to speak to. They were patient when I asked the same questions and speedy in transaction. The product I purchased was their Centauri 80 HE Gaming Keyboard and it did not disappoint. Keystrokes are buttery smooth and sound like soft raindrops. The lighting effect is gorgeous and the case dense and sturdy. Then the OLED screen steals the show because the graphics are clean and it's also a touchscreen display. It was worth every bang for my buck. Another bonus was the packaging. You can really tell that MelGeek put a lot of thought into each layer and component of what went into the box and how they packaged it. I would gladly purchase another MelGeek product in the future.
