Good quality and good service

Got in touch in advance of purchasing a replacement jug for our machine and the answer was very quick and helpful. Once received the jug seems of very good quality.Only wish there was a way of recycling the old pot but that service doesn't seem possible according to the website.

Communication and delivery were fine but the package arrived covered in some kind of sticky paint-like substance. Unsure if this occurred at the dispatch point or en route??

Love the coffee beans and a taste. Delicious coffee and fast shipment except the DPD is the worst company you have chosen for your deliveries. I have never received the coffee at home they always deliver to some random location which is 1 h away from my house
