Frustrated by Unexpected Charges

A friend referred me to the service, and I was glad to try a free box. However, I was shocked to see a €36.95 charge on my account. Upon checking, I found a delivery scheduled for the next week that I did not order. I received no email or notification regarding this delivery. I've tried to contact them by phone and email without success, and I can't cancel the order online. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service.

Free Trial Misleading

A salesperson promoted the product as a free trial, but I ended up with a subscription for six meals a week. While I could stop the subscription online, I couldn't cancel the first order. Although the office resolved the issue, there was no apology or action taken regarding the salesperson. If they aim to damage their reputation in a new market, this approach is certainly effective!

First Meals Were Good, Improvements Needed

The taste of the initial meals was decent, but the second order was delightful! I would suggest switching the plastic containers for paper ones. I appreciate that vegetables and sauce are separate from the proteins. If you're looking to save time instead of cooking, I highly recommend giving it a try. There are many options available!

Frustrated with Credit Policy

I can't believe I received a credit for meals that were never delivered. The credits can't be used for already discounted orders, and I still have about ten orders that are discounted, making it impossible to apply the credits for meals I paid for but didn’t receive. This is a pathetic situation. I'm done!

Service Doesn't Follow Their Own Rules

I ordered a box over a week ago and was told I could make changes within five days. After deciding to change my box, I was denied the ability to do so, and support claimed they couldn't assist. This is terrible service.

Tasty Meals, Portion Issues

The meals are flavorful, but the social media images can be misleading, particularly regarding meat portions. I assumed the portions would be consistent, but my partner and I received different quantities for the same meals.
