I have been doing surveys for Rakuten insights for over a year. Then I try to cash out this past week and it keeps saying something is wrong come back later for 4 days. Then on the 5 th day when I try to cash out I get a message about fraudulent activity on my account and they do not have to tell me what it is. Emailed several times to contest this to no avail. Beware this could happen to anyone
