Since I have been gradually accumulating my rewards (which was my biggest mistake), on the day of trying to claim it, they just suspended my account and when inquired, they just gave a canned response that my account had some suspicious behavior and is suspended for good. Load of BS. Please steer clear of this Rakuten Insight Survey firm and save yourself from being cheated, not to mention all that valuable time and effort that can be put into something else that is trustworthy and genuine. RAKUTEN - KARMA will definitely bite you back big time, for what you have been doing to all innocent survey takers and pocketing their hard earned money. Just wait for it.
