Rakuten insight is very bad survey platform. I have been joined and giving their survey's recently but when it comes to cash out or get rewarded they freeze your account without giving specific reasons and you cannot contact them as they don't have email id for responding instead panel based complaint help center was their which are only gives one time reply if you are very lucky to get their answers and after receiving replies you can't further communicate as their email id was bounce when we reply back to them hence you loose everything here.I spend my quality time for giving my opinion but they stole my reward amount and discarded my account without further notice or given any further communication.recently they started payment for survey's shall be given after 8 weeks of completion of projects but they do not pay anything even i had completed more than 2 months from giving survey's. They donot bother to respond to your complaints and when some time answers then those answers were really unprofessional and annoying. Hence request don't trust these sites which are very much looks frauds .If you are doing survey's here then you are wasting your valuable time. Please choose the genuine sites which are trustworthy.Rakuten Insight is never been trustworthy anymore.Thanks & Regards,Vipul
