Recently I ordered a pair of ankle boots from Memery. They arrived quickly, just a few days even though they came from Denmark, and they were absolutely beautiful. So smart and beautifully made. Unfortunately I have very swollen feet and although the extra wide design was wide enough, the ankle was too narrow for me. I requested a refund and the company was quick to respond. They made it very easy (and free) to return the boots, and they then refunded my purchase in full. They are not a large company with hundreds of staff, but they respond so quickly and in such a friendly way they are a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely deal with them again if my feet improve in the future. 100% recommend!
