I ordered the gorgeous pair of "20s/30s Art Deco inspired evening sandals - Gold - Helen" heels. Unfortunately, they hurt my feet because they're a little too tight on the sides for me. And on closer inspection, I noticed a small flaw, a sort of stain or scratch. I was therefore disappointed, the pair being as beautiful in person as in the photo. And having already experienced unprofessionalism on the part of many brands, I was afraid I wouldn't be allowed to return the pair, nor have a refund as I expected. But then, unexpetedly, I received an extremely quick response from customer service, telling me that I had been refunded, and asking me not to send the shoes back, to make sure they are not re-sold by accident. I honestly find this very professional of them, as I'm sure a lot of retailers would have resold them, knowing very well they had a little flaw. So it's only a tiny flaw, but it just shows how important detail is to memery. It's obviously a brand full of ethics and values, striving at all costs to offer a quality service to their customers. They've certainly earned my trust, as this is the first time I've ordered from them, and probably not the last ☺️
