There aren't enough words to describe the service I received from this company. While I was searching the net for RAM that didn't cost more than my laptop..lol, I came across Memory Stock. Not only did they have my old laptop RAM in stock and at an insanely low price, they had a live chat with a technician if you had any questions along the way I had a tech named John, and when I tell you this man went above and beyond the average service to help me, that is no joke. It was wonderful. He was able to explain to me how the RAM functioned and that my removable slot may be damaged because it wasn't reading the new memory. They have a test on their website that you can download and run to see what you have and what you're able to upgrade to. John walked through every step with answering my questions and returning my emails promptly when I thought I was going crazy...lol. He is patient, courteous, intelligent and kind. I cannot thank him enough for his service. These days, customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, but John delivered and over delivered!! Thank You John and Thank You Memory Stock!!!
