I had £63.69 deducted from my account via a payment service. They tried my primary payment method, which declined due to suspicious activity, but then used my secondary method and let the transaction go through. I've frozen my card to prevent further charges since it's currently in 'Pending' status. Shockingly, they won't allow me to report it until it's marked as paid. I was horrified to find many others warning about this service online. I have no idea what the payment is for—previously, I had a smaller deduction but missed it. I've searched everywhere for a subscription or signup but found nothing. I'm just so frustrated that I didn't catch the transaction earlier.
