I carefully crafted my story, but once done, I wasn't given a draft to review; they simply printed and sent it out. My book had numerous significant mistakes. It seemed they used details from another's story, as mine mentioned sitting with a brother I don't have. When I contacted the service for corrections, they claimed I had approved the final draft, so nothing could be changed. I NEVER SAW A PROOF. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY MISLEADING AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
