We purchased an oven which has a broil setting, but it does not broil. Recipes call for constant direct high heat. The oven simply bakes with the upper element. When we returned to Menards to tell them our dilemma because we really need an oven that broils, they basically said it work as it's supposed to there's nothing we can do. So now I'm stuck with a brand-new oven that does not do what it even says it will do on the control panel with no options, but to give it to someone who can use it as is and purchase a new one, again. Menards customer service is nonexistent. You think they could have at least acted like they cared.
