Not my cup of tea

I tried to cancel my subscription and they immediately charged me again. -_- This company sucks. Don't use themEDIT: It seemed kinda suspicious that I sent the request to cancel from your site, and then within a few hours I'm getting charged and sent a second order. Anyways, I woke up to having a refund in my account and am thinking my reaction was kinda harsh so I'm here to edit my review. So as for the product itself, I didn't feel anything different in my first month. But we don't feel things when we take a multivitamin either, so I'm not really one to think I would. As for customer service they are refunding the order and put the shipment on hold. So obviously they are prompt in response. So if anyone has an issue it seems they reply quickly. I'm giving 3 stars for them pretty much calling me a liar here. I sent my request to cancel the subscription and it wasn't long after that i got notified they charged my card and was sending a second. So, idk if it's by chance that the order was going out within a few hours of when I requested the refund or they seen my request and charged me anyways. Most likely the first. But I'm paranoid about companies so I'll leave it at that.
