I've changed a lot in 10 months. Lost 90lbs, changed my diet, hydration and health/body awareness. Mid October I got sucked into the relentless advertising from Menerals. WHICH HASN'T STOPPED BTW, almost took a star away for it. :) I was already feeling like a different person, but napped most days after a high protein lunch or ran and picked up some caffeine to wake me up especially if I didn't have a little caffeine in the morning.It's been 3 months now and I haven't NEEDED caffeine for some time. I drink some coffee socially on the weekends or have an occasional iced coffee as a treat. I haven't felt like I needed a lil'snooze for quite some time now. When I get into bed, I usually fall asleep in a few minutes. I've started setting my alarm before I laydown or fall asleep before I had a chance too.I can't tell if the mental focus and improved mental health is just from sleeping better or if its from the supplement itself.Simply put, I feel more energetic, got some "Grrrr" back and sleep really well. 42yo M: I don't work out, but I am on my feet often and typically average 8-9k steps in the winter months and 11K + in the summer months. The next time I see the 12 month deal, I will lock it down. I plan on continuing Menerals because I feel like the supplement is the real deal.
