I’ve been an OTR flatbed/open deck trucker for 5 years now. I work on my loads strapping, chaining and throwing tarps on. I work in -0° all the way to 120° temperatures throughout the year. May be 100% humidity, pouring rain, snow and the common wind gusts. Best to not hold onto the tarp as wind tries to take me away. I take my breaks and drink lots of water, but over the years, water and food hasn’t been enough of what my body needs. The truck stop food along with fast food is the worst in the world. Even Subway. High calories, sodium, cholesterol, fats, etc. Hence why you see 400+ lb guys driving around with their guts on the steering wheel using sleep apnea machines and more than likely diabetic. I’m currently 5’ 10” and 245lbs., recent doc appointment says that I’m obese 1 with a 35.2 BMI. Doesn’t help that I also have to sleep with a sleep apnea mask every night. But it is what it is. Hopefully when I lose 60 more pounds, I can get rid of it. * I took a leap of faith a couple months ago by taking Menerals, not knowing what to expect but hoping for the best. I was surprised by the price, but I had to try. Made in USA, don’t see that on much stuff. Heck, I’ve already wasted hundreds of dollars on other supplements.. What’s so special about Menerals? I desperately needed the vitamins and minerals that I was lacking in not only my daily intake but the off the shelf vitamins wasn’t working. I’ve been on a fasting with high protein diet and salads. I lost 40 lbs last year with not much exercise, gained 10lbs back over Christmas and New Year’s… My daily exercise consists of walking my dog multiple times a day in addition to load load/unloading and securement. Gonna be pushing myself to do more exercise this year. Dinner is beef, chicken or pork with a $10 salad. Expensive life on the road. More expensive is the fact I felt like crap every day working. After pulling out 15 chains and binders to secure a load, I was ready for a nap. Now, I pull those all out and continue to work plus throw on two 100 lb tarps and bungees.. until the job is done. **I’ve gained some muscle in my legs and arms because Menerals is helping my body use protein more effectively. I don’t have as much lactic acid build up like I used to. I need stamina and endurance in this job that is 5% physical and 95% mental. The mental part comes from driving a 75’ long 80,000 lb missile down the road at 70 mph while avoiding others texting, surfing or just totally spaced out. I think it took about 2 weeks before I realized the difference between before Menerals and after. Even my parents said it sounded like I was more energetic, happy and more mentally alert during our evening phone calls. Usually I’d talk with them for 15 mins and say I’m really sorry but I’m falling asleep. Now, it’s 45-60 mins each night. In this business, I never know when I’ll talk to my parents again. Some distracted person driving 4 or 18 wheels, could run me off the road into a tree and that’s it. Me and my dog’s life is over. So is theirs because they will have to bury me and my dog. ***Theres absolutely nothing I can say bad about Menerals and their people. Communication is top notch. Commercials are top notch with no sugar coating. Just keep the top of the line products coming!
