Ok, so I started with a one month supply on subscription. I did the entire month, I felt great! But I had to get a surgery so I stopped all supplements at the advice of my DR, I had absolutely no problem putting my account on hold and stopping the next order. So seeing these folks talking about not being able to cancel sounds like they may be doing something wrong as it was easy to do. I'm well into my second month and restarted my subscription for monthly delivery.
I noticed a difference within a week when I started taking menerals again. The energy is great and not jittery and my mood is fantastic.
I have to say that I have tried creatine off and on and it seems it has some kind of synergy with menerals, but workouts are awesome and definitely contribute my overall mood to menerals! Great product and I highly recommend giving it at try for at least a month. You won't regret it!
