The subscription is a joke and it’s expensive unless offered a deal. They won’t offer a deal until you get sticker shock at the next shipment. I do like the product but the customer service is terrible. Where I really got burnt was their Black Friday sale on Instagram. $29 for a 30 day supply. I ordered 4 of the 30 day supply. At checkout it offered an upgrade to a 90 supply for $82.60. Naturally I thought I was locking in a 90 subscription at this price for a total of 7 bottles. They sent me 6, I’ve been told that the 90 day was an upgrade and that included one of the 4 separate bottles I purchased individually. So the 4 at $29 totaled $116 on my card, the 90 supply was $82.60. “It was unfortunate what happened” as told by Franny. I never would have ordered the 90 day supply. So I paid $34 instead of the $29 they advertised. SCAMUpdate: 1/15/26I wouldn’t have left this review had your team taken care of me the first three times I requested help. Three CSA’s didn’t resolve it. I emailed photos of my bill, my credit card statement, and I got the same reply you just gave me. Thanks, but no thanks!
