Sent the wrong jacket. I asked for an exchange of the right jacket. They agreed. Told me I had to pay the return shipping. Nope. Opened a dispute with my AMEX. They told AMEX they sent me a return label. An absolute lie. I don't want the wrong jacket, ya morons. Wish I would've reviewed these other comments. Not BBB accredited. STAY AWAY!
