So the product I ordered was not in stock and I was offered a cheaper model and I chose to decline and stick with the model I ordered, since that was the product that actually fit our needs of our cats. Customer service became so unclear and open ended with any updates and details about our order, after we declined changing product. It took two months to receive the product and we was uncertain and unclear if we was ever gonna get it. We requested for refund(s) of the order and never got a response and/or refund and out of nowhere finally got the product we ordered.
