This litterbox is downright gross, leaves the poop smeared all over, when you open the bin to replace the bag is covered in nasty litter and poo, the whole cat room smells terrible. Customer service has not responded to me for 2 weeks of trying to return this nasty thing, I would rather scoop a box. I wish I had bought a 2nd litter robot, but I thought this was a good option for a 2nd box, BOY WSS I WRONG! Do NOT WASTE your money!
