They sent me a used litter box that had litter in it and smelled like cat pee. Globe was dirty. The box was a mess, retapped, everything thrown inside the globe, used deodorizers, open and used box liners and no manual. I am beyond disgusted. I contacted customer service and her very apologetic self sends me an online manual and asks me if I could put together the box and see if it functions properly. Ummmm ma’am, I think you’ve missed the part where I paid a hefty penny for a brand new one and you sent me one smelling like cat pee. SMH
