I am so disappointed with this litter box, because I spent so much money on it and it definitely does not meet my expectations. I paid $259.00 to constantly clean this box, the walls the mess.
The reality is that one cat will use it, and one will urinate in the box with just her back feet in the box. She is 14 lbs. She will spray urine and it will drip down the back of the box. The cleaning thing starts, the litter is pasted to the back walls and gives me more work to do. I am constantly having to scrape litter of the walls and wipe down walls. She will not poop in the box at all. She will go outside the box, right next to it. It's been 3 months. I have spoken to the reps and followed their suggestions, and nothing has worked. I am now cleaning the box more than I would her old box and I have paid a lot of money for this privilege.
The part that really makes this the worst box is that when I remove the bag, before I can put the new bag in, the cleaning cycle starts without warning and spills the litter everywhere. More mess! So it has to be turned off when you empty the bag. I did talk to the rep about returning this. They made sure to inform me that if it is not perfectly clean when returned that I will not be getting a refund. The return window is 30 days. I had been emailing with them for 2 weeks before they responded. This is the worst experience I have had purchasing this litter box for my cats. This does not work as advertised and I intend to put a video review for all the other people to see, so they won't waste their money on this!
I am totally disgusted. I definitely have buyer's remorse!
