I ordered an eyebrow stamp in May which after mithering on several occasions eventually arrived at the end of July in the form of a tiny eyeshadow- no stamp! Emailed to complain 2 times now and still haven’t come back to me with anything other than they have passed it on! Bloody ridiculous - something like £15 for this £1 looking brown eyeshadow! Very disappointed and I’m awaiting a refund!
