Ordered two strapless bras and followed all the measurements. After waiting a long time, they finally arrived and were so small. Contacted customer service, who replied right away and said I was outside of their return window. I believe it's 10 days (which always means business days). I received product on August 11 and wrote to them first thing on the 23rd. No leniency or even offer of a store credit. I would be willing to send them back too. AWFUL, DECEPTIVE company. DO NOT ORDER.
