My experience with the service has been disappointing. After I paused my subscription, I still received a shipment and was charged for it. When I contacted the support team to resolve the issue, their responses were minimal, inadequate, and delayed. This lack of attentiveness and customer care has diminished my confidence in their business practices. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
